Honestly our whole group found this experience quite unpleasant, and with a good hospitality it could have been quite different. For obvious reasons of safety and comfort we stayed a few steps back and the bus did not even stop, so I called the agency and we waited 30 minutes in these conditions without even a word of apologize, on the contrary rather by being yelled at. The agency gave us an appointment for the shuttle pick-up on a very busy road with vehicles driving very fast, without sidewalks, at the level of 3 dumpsters. We were a group of 6 adults and 5 children.
